Perth win Edinburgh Spring Tournament
Club notices
Over a two day tournament based at Edinburgh Polo Club the Perth team made up of Dundee and Perth Polo Club players reached the final and beat Edinburgh to become crowned winners of the Edinburgh Spring Tourament. The final was marred by an injury to Perth player Alasdair Archibald in the last quarter of the match which meant he had to retire for hospital treatment. Perth managed to hang on and went on to beat Edinburgh by two goals. Pictured is Gillian Lockhart receiving the trophy.
